The Managing Director shall be the Head of the Bank who shall under the direction of the Board, conduct the current business of the Bank and be responsible for the organization, appointment and termination of the officers and staff in accordance with regulations adopted by the Board.
The Manual provides guidance on the procedures to be followed in dealing with matters related to staff and all instances.
