Mr. Amulike Ngeliama has had a long career in banking ,business, administration and project management.
He began his career in 1976 at TRDB which was later transformed to CRDB after which he has worked in the banking sector for more than 20 years. He also conducted numerous SACCOS sensitization and mobilization seminars at national and international level. He has worked as treasure and chairman of Mtoni Lutheran Church SACCOS between 1994 and 2013 .

Ms. Dosca Mutabuzi is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths. She is the managing parther of Mutabuzi & Co. Advocates. She has also worked as state Attorney Grade III at the Attorney General’s Chambers and at the Tanzania Legal Corporation –DSM
She is a member of Tanganyika Law Society (TLS ) ;Tanzania Women Lawyers Association (TAWLA) ;the East Africa Law Society and the Eastern & Coastal Diocese Tender Board-ELCT .

Naftal Nsemwa has worked with national institutions at the highest levels, including that of Director General - PPF Pensions Fund. Before his appointment as DG in PPF, Mr. Nsemwa worked in the Tanzania Investment Bank (TIB) in different capacities including Director of Planning and Development.
Mr Nsemwa is currently Board Member of NIKO Insurance Tanzania Limited and Kioo Limited and was a Member of Board of Directors of several institutions and companies. He is a past Chairman of the Azania Bancorp Ltd.’s Board of Directors, Vice Chairman of the Tanzania Re-insurance Ltd. Board of Directors and a member of the Board of Directors of PTA - Reinsurance Ltd - a Regional re-insurance company based in Nairobi, Kenya; He is also the Managing Director of INTERFINi Consultants Limited.

Prof. Ulingeta Obadia Lebson Nasobile Mbamba is the current Dean of the University of Dar es Salaam Business School (UDBS). As the Dean, Prof. Mbamba is the Chief Executive Officer of UDBS providing academic and administrative leadership. UDBS has almost 100 academic (fulltime as well as parttime) staffs and 20 administrative staffs. The School has more than 2000 undergraduate students and 600 post graduate students. Prof. Mbamba has also served as a Managing Director of the University of Dar es Salaam Computing Centre Limited, Associate Dean in charge of Academic Affairs of the UDBS, Deputy Director of Undergraduate Studies (UDSM) and Head of Department, Department of General Management.
Prof. Mbamba holds a PhD in Business Administration which he researched on Information Systems, MBA and BSc (Eng). He has researched on operations research issues focusing on quantitative analysis and information systems. He is also an Associate Professor teaching, researching and providing services to public for more than 30 years.

Prior to holding that position she worked at Benjamin William Mkapa HIV/AIDS Foundation as Director of Finance and Grants; worked with the Higher Education Student Loans Board as Senior Accountant; with Dunduliza Company Limited in partnership with Desjardins International Development as a Director of Finance and worked with the Open University of Tanzania as Assistant accountant

From 2005 to 2007, he was with Celtel Tanzania Limited, as a Telecommunications Engineer, working on Operation & Maintenance of all 2G/3G base station subsystem (BSS). From April 2013 to March 2014, he was an Assistant Professor at Hiroshima University in the Department of System Cybernetics.
From May 2014 to October 2014, he was a lecturer at Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) Arusha, Tanzania.
From October 2014 to date, he has been working at Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA. Dr. Manasseh is currently a Director, Industry Affairs at TCRA.
Dr. Manasseh is a member of Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania (ERB); Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Signal Processing Society and Communications Society. He is also a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) UK, European Signal Processing Society and Asia Pacific Signal and Information Association (APSIPA).
She was born on 18th August, 1958 in CHOME village, SAME District KILIMANJARO region. She attended her ordinary level secondary education in Ashira Girls secondary school (1972 – 1975) and joined Kilakala Girls Secondary for Advanced Level Secondary Education (1976 – 1977).
After completing a one-year compulsory national service in 1978 she joined the University of Dar Es Salaam (Business School) and Graduated in Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) She joined the Treasury in March 1982 as a finance specialist where she worked up to 2007. Her main task at the Treasury was basically mobilization of external resources from Multilateral and regional institutions and Bilateral Donors including The United Nations Agencies,(UN) the International Monetary Fund (IMF) World Bank (WB), European investment Bank (EIB), African Development Bank (ADB), Kuwait Fund, Arab Bank (BADEA), USAID,UK,JAPAN, SWEDEN etc. She was also engaged with OECD / DAC and contributed significantly on how ODA can make more impact on Poverty Reduction, income Generation and indeed improving the social economic welfare of Developing Countries.
Joyce Mapunjo was also very instrumental in facilitating regional integration in EAST Africa by mobilizing resource for a number of projects in the region. She is one of few specialists who advised Hon. Kaberuka when he joined the African development Bank (ADB) as a President.
She was involved in initiating policies, strategies and programs which were financed by both bilateral and multilateral organizations including the Tanzania Poverty Reduction Strategy (PRS) and The Empowerment Program.
During her professional carrier, she was appointed a member of Board of Directors of many institutions including the Tanzania investment Center (TIC), Tanzania Breweries limited (TBL), Dar Es Salaam water and sanitation organization (DAWASA), College of Engineering at the UDSM (COET), College of Business Education (CBE), Tanzania institute of Accountancy (TIC), National Development corp (NDC), Commission For Science And Technology (COSTEC), Tanzania Zambia railway authority (TAZARA) just to mention a few.
While at work she also improved her academic qualifications by attending different short- and long-term training ranging from General Management, Ethics, ODA management, Poverty Reduction, Development of the Private sector, Empowerment, Gender Issue, Development finance etc. She is among the few African Women who attended the African American Institute (AAI) programs. She is also a graduate in MBA (International Finance), from LOYOLA University Chicago (1994 – 1996) And Masters in Banking from Milan Italy (1985 – 1986)
With all these knowledge, experience, exposure and hard work, Joyce was a Presidential Appointee since January 1997 and served at different levels in five ministries as follows:
1997 – 2003: Head of multilaterals External Finance Dept. the Treasury
2003 – 2006: Commissioner for External Finance, the Treasury
2006 – 2008: Deputy Permanent Secretary, the Treasury and Ministry of Planning
2008 – 2013: Permanent Secretary ministry of Industry Trade and Marketing.
2013 – 2016: Permanent Secretary ministry of East Africa cooperation.
Reverend Mastai is a theologian currently offering pastoral oversight at the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania (ELCT), Eastern and Coastal Diocese, Kimara Parish which is one of the largest congregational parishes in the Lutheran Church
Born on 16 September 1969, Reverend Mastai is husband to Tumaini Mastai and father of 4 children.
Reverend Mastai undertook his bachelor’s degree in Divinity at the Makumira University now Tumaini University Makumira. Further to this he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Social work from the Institute of Social Work in Dar es Salaam, Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Dar es Salaam and Masters of Arts in Diaconic Management from Protestant University Wuppertal/Bethel in Germany.
Reverend Mastai began his carrier as language tutor at the Morogoro Lutheran Junior Seminary and the Institute of Kiswahili and Foreign language in Zanzibar. He later on proceeded to honour the call of God in his life and upon completion of his bachelor’s degree in Divinity took the pastoral oath under the ELCT, Eastern and Coastal Diocese and was assigned to offer pastoral oversight at Mbezi Beach Parish. Further to this he has offered pastoral oversight to other parishes in the ELCT Eastern and Coastal Diocese including Kurasini Parish, Kunduchi Beach Parish and Kimara Parish where he is currently stationed. Of the latest of establishments, vide his vision and oversite Kimara Parish owns the Jerusalem Pre and Primary School a school with six hundred and sixty eight (668) students in grades 1 to 4 and the Bunju Boys Secondary School with a vision of growth to University level. Together with this, Kimara Parish has built a five storey facility for Jerusalem Children’s Home which currently homes twenty (20) fully orphaned children and is expected to be home to over five hundred (500) fully orphaned children within the next few years. Reverend Mastai is well known for his dynamic leadership and belief in charismatic Lutheran which could be said to be the future of the Protestant Church in Tanzania.
Among his internationally focused works, Reverend Mastai is an alumni member of the United Evangelical Mission (UEM) on Education and has travelled to various countries in attendance of conferences and trainings by UEM. For the past five years, Reverend Mastai has been leading teams of around thirty (30) people from various parishes and religions to tour, for purposes of learning and prayer, the Holy City of Jerusalem together with other biblical sites in various countries including Egypt, Italy, Greece and Turkey.
Dr. Ibrahim Mwangalaba is the founding Managing Director of Maendeleo Bank Plc. He is a Certified Professional Banker by the Tanzania Institute of Bankers.
Dr. Ibrahim is a certified Director by the Institute of Directors, Tanzania. Mwangalaba is a certified trainer and facilitator in leadership and entrepreneurial skills by Joseph Business School (USA) and currently is an instructor at Joseph Business School – Dar es Salaam Centre in partnership with Kingdom Leadership Institute.
He is a coach and mentor to number youths in the country.
Before joining Maendeleo Bank Plc as a Managing Director, he worked with KCB Bank Tanzania Ltd as Head of Operations & Technology, worked with CRDB Bank as a Senior Banking Operations Officer and before joining CRDB, he worked with Mbeya Cement Company Ltd as a Marketing Officer and Stock Controller. He holds an MBA (Finance) and B’com (Marketing) both from the University of Dar es Salaam.
